Terms of Service for Feel FREE Entertainment
Welcome to Feel FREE Entertainment's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to all terms set by the DJ during the booking process; Including but not limited to paying the entire balance BEFORE the beginning of the event. Shortening the duration of services without a one-week written notice will not lower the rate previously agreed upon. Damage or Theft of microphone(s) used by the client(s) and/or related parties will result in a fine of $100 per Microphone to the client. By checking this box, you certify all information submitted on the form is accurate. The information provided will determine the services provided and what equipment the DJ brings to the event (e.g., speakers, tables, microphones). The DJ will not be responsible for any circumstances that come about due to the inaccurate or inadequate information provided. The DJ will not be responsible for providing a power source for their equipment. If accommodations need to be made, contact DJ immediately. By checking this box, you also agree to provide a safe environment for the DJ and their equipment. If there is a serious safety threat to the DJ or their equipment (e.g., rain, physical altercation, brandishing weapons, the DJ reserves the right to leave the event early. If the DJ needs to leave early due to a safety concern, any payments will not be refunded, and the full balance will be due. If the client is not able to provide a free secured parking spot then the client will be financially responsible for providing parking for the DJ. This charge will be added to the agreed-upon payment. This payment will be due BEFORE the event begins. Any overages will be due after the event. Failure to pay the full balance after the event is concluded will result in Lates Fees. Late Fees are determined by the DJ and can be increased at DJ’s Discretion. Failure to pay the full balance and additional late fees after 3 business days will result in legal action. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Non-secured bookings may be canceled at any time. The Deposit amount required is 50% of the total balance. Payments will only be accepted through approved tenders. All payments are non-refundable one week before the event. Deposits & payments for events located outside of Georgia are non-refundable. Terms are final after booking. Please pay close attention to where you are sending your payments if you are worried about sending it to the wrong person please let me know and I can send you a request. Unfortunately, any payments sent to the wrong person I cannot be accountable for. Terms can only be renegotiated at the discretion of the DJ. All sales are final. Please contact the DJ if you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms.
360 PHOTO BOOTH
All terms for DJ apply to the Photo Booth Operator as well in addition to additional terms.
When hiring The 360 Photo Booth from us you do so in accordance with this hire agreement. You are deemed to have accepted the hire charge for the hire of the photo booth, and other terms which have been quoted to you at the time of placing your order. When hiring you are granting The 360 Photo Booth the right to use the event videos for promotional purposes unless you specify in writing. 360 Photo Booths are safe to use but we are not liable for injury. It is advised that spectators should keep their distance from the booth when it is in motion. Children should not use the 360 Photo Booth without adult supervision. Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by:
a) Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or its guests.
b) Any form of theft or disaster including but not limited to fire, floods or an earthquake
Full ownership of the photo booth shall always remain fully vested in us. You have no right, title, or interest in the photo booth other than that you are entitled to hire the photo booth for the hire period. You hereby indemnify us against any losses, costs, damages, or expenses that we may reasonably incur as a result of your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and any loss or damage caused to the photo booth
When applicable, the Provider's Photo Booth requires reliable access to an Internet connection when sending files instantly. If the Internet is not available, SMS and Email will queue all submissions and be sent once the Internet becomes available. Client understands that the Provider is not responsible for Internet Reliability and cannot guarantee that reliable Data Signals will be available in all locations. If no internet coverage becomes available at the event location, the Provider will send all digital copies to the Client and guests within seven days of the rental conclusion. Please keep in mind for 360 booth services only video is being being recorded the audio will be a song that is preselected by the client. Guest using the booth will not be able to request a specific song to dance too. However when the video is uploaded go social media (tik tok Instagram etc.) the guest can change the song on the video just like any other video uploaded. Before booking 360 Photo Booth services please make sure there is ample space for the booth and the booth location is a safe location. Ideally, Photo booth services would be indoors where the music from the DJ can be heard. 360 Photo Booth services can be provided outdoors however in the event of rain or any possible inclement weather services cannot be provided outdoors. The Client will need to reasonably accommodate the booth indoors otherwise the service will be canceled and the full balance will be due.
